I am unable to comment on positive aspects of my care as I wouldn't get any!
After an arduous 25 minutes of calling and seemingly perpetually engaged appointment live, I was finely told that the next appointment available was for 6 weeks away.After reluctantly booking, it was cancelled.

The care I have had from doctor Da Costa has been a life saver for me.I don't think anybody could have cared for my mental health any better.
My pain management is also very good.
The shortage of such doctors is the only problem here.

I came to see Mats Ankur Raval, receptionist didn't know where he was and sent person in front of me to wait in the room upstairs where in fact he was in room fourteen. The person waited upstairs for a half an hour for him. I told her last time I saw him he was downstairs, they then phoned him and found out he was downstairs in room fourteen. This put all of us thirty minutes behind. Should make sure they know rooms.
